We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us Find Potential Buyers and Convert them into Customers by explaining them about our projects and building a healthy buyer-seller relationship. He/She will be responsible for Finding Potential Buyers, maximizing Site visits, Maximizing conversion of those visits, constructing sales planning, Maintaining data of the leads and coordinating and hosting project visits of potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Recruit a sales team and train them.
- Find ways to market the projects, find the potential buyers and understand their requirements and their profile
- Talk to those interested leads and explain them about the projects and handle their doubts
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
- Understand our CRM software and make sure all the leads are properly maintained and stored and follow up is done on regular intervals
- Follow up the leads and get them to visit the site.
- When the client visits the site, Explain the projects in detail to them.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
Job Qualifications : –
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in sales will be preferred but is no bar for a worthy candidate.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Experience setting sales goals.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
- Solution finding skills and Great marketing knowledge
